Talent Acquisition Specialist

Do you want to develop within Talent Acquisition and quickly become an important part of our recruitment team? At Aspia, you will have the chance to grow in a significant TA role where you contribute to our continued growth through precise recruitments and a top-class candidate experience. The position is based in our office in Stockholm and is a temporary position starting as soon as possible. Does this sound like an exciting opportunity for you? We warmly welcome your application!

Your Mission

As a TA specialist at Aspia, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring that recruitments are carried out based on the needs of the business. You will recruit mainly for our business areas within accounting and payroll, but the role may also involve recruitments in other areas such as our business support unit. We adapt according to the needs of the business.

You will drive and coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish together with the hiring manager. This usually involves:

  • Conducting a kickoff meeting with the manager
  • Working on the job profile and creating the job advertisement
  • Selection work and search work via LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Candidate communication and feedback to the manager
  • Responsible for our psychological tests and feedback to the manager
  • Conducting competency-based HR interviews and reference checks.

In this role, you will work closely with the hiring manager and be a supportive, advisory partner throughout the process. As we recruit several junior consultants to Aspia, the role also includes driving and coordinating volume recruitments.

Your Profile

To thrive, succeed, and develop in the role with us, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has an educational background from university/college in human resources/behavioral science or equivalent.
  • Has worked in recruitment and has experience independently managing recruitment processes from request to hiring, preferably from a similar in-house TA role.
  • Experience working systematically with psychological tests. If you have worked with Alva Labs tests, we consider this a significant advantage.
  • If you have previous experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, we also see this as an advantage for the position.
  • Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have experience with the ATS tool Jobylon.

In this recruitment, we place great importance on your personal qualities and interest in the TA field. We hope you have a strong interest in recruitment and want to further develop in the role of TA specialist.

To thrive with us, you need to be flexible and ready for your work to change quickly and that not everything can always be planned. We are looking for someone who is curious, has a fearless attitude, and is proactive. As you will handle several recruitment processes simultaneously, it is important that you have a good ability to structure and organize, as well as experience managing multiple tasks concurrently.

In the role of TA specialist, it is important that you are good at building relationships and creating interest and trust with both the manager and the candidate. We hope you want and dare to challenge when you see opportunities for improvement and that you contribute to good collaboration within the team and the company as a whole.

You Are Offered!

You will be part of an engaged and ambitious HR team of about 20 people in a company where growth is a focus. At Aspia, we work together to contribute to a culture where both the business and the people grow. We believe in learning from each other by trying new things, challenging each other, and having fun together. With us, you will work with freedom under responsibility and flexible working hours, as well as collective agreements and good benefits. Last but not least, you will have a wonderful group of colleagues with broad expertise in a social work environment!

About the Position:

Location: Torsgatan 21, Stockholm. We offer hybrid work and work from the office three days a week.

Employment type: Temporary until December 31, 2026.

Start date: As soon as possible. Does this sound like the next step for you? We look forward to your application!

Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
